Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 333 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case.

No.13198 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/3 As per the prosecution case, on 25.12.2021, the informant was returning home after purchasing vegetables and when he reached near the house of his friend Bobby @ Badshah, then his friend Bobby @ Badshah called him in his old house. Thereafter, Bobby and other accused persons including the petitioner abused the informant. On protest made by the informant, accused Bobby @ Badshah and the petitioner assaulted him with fist and slaps. Thereafter, accused Ram Pravesh Yadav came from the roof and shot fire with pistol on the informant, as a result of which the informant sustained injury on his right chest. On being raised alarm, neighbour of the informant took the informant for treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offences. Further, it is submitted that he was not present at the place of occurrence. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
