Heard the counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22712 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/3 Code.

Though the accusation against the petitioner is of having entered the house of the informant along with others and assaulting and insulting the family members, but the accusation is stated to be absolutely false. In fact, from the averments made in the F.I.R. itself, it would appear that there is a dispute between the two families who are related to each other.

There is a counter version of the occurrence also vide Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020.

It appears that no injury has been suffered by the victim and only because of the dispute in the family, the present case has been lodged.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and attendant facts, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class,
