This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 58/2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 324, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Prohibition of Witch Craft Act.

In view of the fact that learned counsel for the petitioner are agnates and the trivial nature of dispute, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Benipatti,
