The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner caught hold the hands of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a complaint case against Mohan Yadav at earlier point of time and the informant is the daughter of the servant of the Mohan namely Naimuddin. It is submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13077 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
