It is informed that payments have already been made to the petitioner but learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that interest on the dues has not been paid as yet, though he has admitted that principal amount has already been paid to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.3261 of 2016 (7) dt.31-01-2018 In view of the aforesaid submissions, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite party no.6 annexing calculation chart of interest within one month from today and if the petitioner does so, opposite party no.6 shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within one month from the date of filing of representation and if any dues remain unpaid to the petitioner, opposite party no.6 as well as other opposite parties shall ensure unpaid dues of the petitioner to him within two months from the date of decision giving on the representation of the petitioner.
