====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018, dated 15.06.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have stolen a motorcycle.

The implication of the petitioner in the present case is on the basis of suspicion as he was earlier made an accused in similar nature of case, but in no such case any

In fact, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was made to confess in one of the cases in which he has been made accused in the past and on the basis of that solitary confession, he has been remanded in several cases as also in the present case in which he is in custody since 09.01.2019.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018. The application stands allowed.
