Petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.347 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.04.2017. Keeping in view the clean antecedents of the petitioner and the period spent by him in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

No.33068 of 2017 (4) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.347 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
