The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 353, 332, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in providing safe passage to Md. Naiyar when the police team reached the village in connection with arrest of Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11945 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Naiyar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific overt act alleged against these petitioners. Considering the fact that there is no specific overt at is alleged against these petitioners, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
