Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23055 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2022 2/3 It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner being Branch Manager has defaulted Rs. 29,000/- from Miagra account.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner has retired and as soon as he came to know about such default, he deposited the aforesaid money in the bank and the bank has also issued a certificate to that effect in favour of the petitioner. The certificate issued by the Nawadah Central Co-operative Bank and receipt of the amount have been brought on record as Annexure-2.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Nawadah in connection with Kawakole
