The petitioner seeks bail in Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 registered under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with nine accused persons are said to have engaged in the vehicle lifting and disposing it and from the possession of the petitioner one mobile phone and one bolero pick up van were seized. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. The bolero pick up van which is seized from the possession of the petitioner is hailing to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7389 of 2018 (02) dt.07-02-2018 - 2 - him, which he has purchased in Rs.4 lakhs not knowing to be stolen and co-accused Ram Niwas Dubey and Manish Kumar have also divulged the factum of disposing of the said bolero to the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 12.12.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No.285 of 2017.
