ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 26-06-2015 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioners. It has been submitted that by order dated 27.05.2015, prayer for anticipatory bail of Petitioner Nos.1, 6 and 7 was rejected, whereas, Petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 were granted anticipatory bail, but due to inadvertence in the 1st /2nd line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 27.05.2015, there is no mention of Petitioner No.8.

Accordingly, in the 1st /2nd line of fourth paragraph of the order 27.05.2015, in place of „Petitioners No.2, 3, 4 and 5‟, it should be read as "Petitioner Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8".

Four weeks‟ further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the Court below is granted to the Petitioner Nos.2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.237 of 2014 in terms of the order dated 27.05.2015. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned at once.
