JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 registered under Sections 364, 394, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. In course of investigation, his name has been transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Bablu Tanti and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, is suffering in custody since 23.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28102 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Begusarai in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016..
