Petitioner is accused in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 313 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 302, 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-CumSpecial Judge (Children's Court), West Champaran at Bettiah. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail vide order 08-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50535 of 2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
