Petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A) read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he is elder brother of Md. Sonu.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case because he is elder brother of Md. Sonu. He further submits that main accused Md. Sonu has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17625 of 2020(3) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 7609 of 2018 on 21.3.2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2019. Considering the fact that Md. Sonu has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017.
