Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Danauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the alleged recovery of 18 liters of country made liquor petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2017.
