This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 992 of 2015, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement made in paragraph- 6 of the complaint, this application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.
