579(A)/Ra.Ka.

dated 27.01.2022 Nawada Jila Aadesh Sankhya 117 of 2022 (Annexure-P/3) issued by the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, whereby and whereunder, the petitioner, Sub Inspector of Police, has been placed under suspension in terms of Rule 840(a) and 840(c) of the Bihar Police Manual, 1978. The petitioner will be entitled for subsistence allowance in terms of Rule

(ii) For direction to the respondents concerned to revoke the suspension of the petitioner issued vide memo no.

579(A)/Ra.Ka. dated 27.01.2022 with immediate effect.

(iii) For direction to respondent concerned to pay regularly the subsistence allowance to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings in question, by passing the final order within a period of six months from today, failing which the order of suspension dated 27.01.2022, shall stand revoked automatically. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
