Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the ransom was demanded on mobile call from the referred mobile number. The said mobile is of co-accused Rakesh. It revealed during investigation that the petitioner is criminal associate of Rakesh.

Since there is no such allegation against the petitioner in the present case that he had demanded ransom and the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7599 of 2018 (4) dt.17-04-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumra Police Station Case No.94 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
