Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 551 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that informant was cheated of Rs. 4,25,000/- in the name of providing agency of National Health Insurance Scheme of Govt. of India of Madhepura District by these petitioners and their son.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely

Petitioner no. 1 is government servant working in P.W.D Bokar and petitioner no. 2 is his wife who lives in Bokaro and they have no concern with the Singh Traders Company. The complainant/informant has given cheque of Rs. 4,25,000/- which was deposited in the account of coaccused Bishwajeet Singh. The petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 551 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
