The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.638 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dain Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner as well as the husband of the informant are brothers and they were fighting each other, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in
