The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 15 litres of country-made liquor were allegedly recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.04.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of

No.38965 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 (G.R. No. 485 of 2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
