Petitioner, already in custody since 21.11.2017, seeks bail in Sikta PS Case No. 168 of 2017 registered under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 27A and 29 of the NDPS Act.

The allegation in brief is that 4 KG Charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, there is no such recovery. Having considered recovery of 4 KG of Charas, commercial quantity, from the possession of the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
