2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 141, 148, 149, 323, 455, 382 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of the land dispute and in any event, the accusations are highly improbable that the petitioners would have looted the articles from several Basas in succession.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as criminal antecedents of petitioner no. 2, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
