The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 124/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/326/307/498A/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Section 302 and 304B were added later on. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has no role to play whatsoever. It is further submitted that the entire family has been named and the petitioner being one of the Bhaisur has also been named subsequently and has been separate from the entire family in mess and business so he may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and shall appear at all material times in course of the investigation and also in the Court as and when required.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14216 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 Diary in this case has been called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that other similarly situated co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17300 of 2009 vide order dated 26.03.2019 and also in Cr. Misc. No. 51536 of 2018 vide order dated 19.02.2019, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 124/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
