After some argument, the petitioner who has appeared in person has prayed to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate step in the suit in accordance with law including the prayer to adduce secondary evidence if permissible.
Mr Sukumar Sinha, the learned senior counsel for the respondent has no objection to this prayer. Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
