This writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Vice-Chancellor of the university that he will pass an order and communicate to the petitioner the reason, which has come in the way of payment of salary to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied, she will have to approach the forum, chosen by her. The materials, which have been now brought on record and the background to the dispute, could have caused the problem for the petitioner. But, it must be indicated in black and white, as to the reason why payment stands stopped to the petitioner now, for which the present writ

This Order has been specially passed in view of the submission of the counsel for the petitioner that in absence of any order, her salary cannot be stopped. The said order must be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order, after giving a hearing to the petitioner or such persons who are likely to be affected.
