JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Dalsinghsarai PS Case No. 141 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the IPC. Submission is that the petitioner was married with the deceased in the year 2012 and there are two children out of the wed lock, there is no allegation of making any demand of dowry, petitioner is a poor person engaged as a sales man in a shop, his wife caught fire accidentally, she was brought by the petitioner to hospital where she succumbed to the injuries in course of treatment and the petitioner is in custody since 26.7.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chandan Kr. Patwa @ Chandan Patwa is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai PS Case No. 141 of 2017 (S.T. No. 745 of 2017).
