Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Kashichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage is of the year 2020 and the deceased has committed suicide on 21.09.2021.

In such a recent marriage if the deceased has committed suicide, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
