This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.07.2017 passed by learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2017, by which learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur has taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. From reading the F.I.R., offence is made out against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for quashing at the state.
