The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 on 09.07.2016 in which Police got recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case and thereafter petitioner has been remanded in this case on 20.02.2017 since then he is in custody. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28175 of 2017 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 been submitted against the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
