Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014 registered under Sections324, 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that no specific overt act has been attributed against these petitioners and it is only stated that they were also present along with the other accused at the time of alleged occurrence, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
