In the circumstances and for the present we can only allow the writ petitioner to approach the competent authority with his complaints and it goes without saying that any such complaint being made by the petitioner before the competent authority, would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law with due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the effected Saw Mill within a period of 6 months of filing of such application.

With the observations above, the writ petition is disposed of.
