JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosed that she had gone with her own sweet will and married with the petitioner and now residing with him and also want to reside with the petitioner and further she disclosed her age about 19 years and the voter list also shows her age 19 years, which will appear from Annexures-2 and 3.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar P.S.
