The short grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent company to reconnect the disconnected electric supply of the premises of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent company has submitted that the petitioner has only to provide service wire and pay the re-connection charges for restoration of the supply. The learned counsel for the petitioner has got no objection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4532 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to supply the service wire as is required by the respondent company as also to pay reconnection charges, and as soon as the same is done, the respondents' electric company shall restore the electricity supply of the premises of the petitioner within two days, thereof. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
