Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the informant received an information that a dead body of a lady is lying in a pond, upon which he along with the police personnel went there and found that some persons killed the deceased by pressing her neck and concealed her dead body in the pond due to which, the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons.

No.13991 of 2022(3) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion due to which, he was arrested on 07.12.2021. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name transpired in this case on the basis of self-confessional statement and there is no evidence recorded against the petitioner in the entire case diary. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Baliya Belon P.S. Case No. 144 of 2021.
