Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020 lodged under Sections 394, 326 & 307 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 08.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11204 of 2022. Counsel further submits that case has been filed under Section 307 of I.P.C. as a major part, rest sections are Magisterial triable. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13947 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 10.12.2021 and charge has already been framed. He further submits that there are four criminal antecedents against the petitioner but in all cases he is on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
