The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner being the brother-in-law (bhaisoor) of the informant came variously armed and broke the door of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of assault to the husband of the informant is against co-accused Md. Sultan and Rs. 20,000/- was taken by the co-accused Md. Gufran.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13085 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.
