JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kotwa P.S.Case No. 244 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that from petitioner no. 1 one country made loaded pistol with live cartridge and from petitioner no. 2 only one live cartridge were recovered and the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and have been in custody since 27.12.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Lakhindra Patel and Bhola Raut @ Wala Raut @ Bala Raut, are directed to be released, after framing of charge, on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
