The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 21.3.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in C.A. No. 1781 of 2014.

The case of the Complainant is that she was married to Mr. Dev Raj Dev in November, 2000 but subsequently, she was tortured and her husband remarried allegedly with Petitioner No. 1. Petitioner No. 1 is allegedly second wife of the husband of the Complainant whereas Petitioner No. 2 is the father of Petitioner No. 1. In the facts and circumstances of the case, considering
