The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mainatand P.S. Case No.47 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.85078 of 2019 (Annexure 2). The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.22903 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.47 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
