2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2017 in connection with Motihari Mufasil P.S. Case No. 490 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of a motorcycle from his house which was said to be stolen property. It is further stated that as a matter of fact the motorcycle was not recovered from his house rather it was recovered from the side of the road. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the fact that the seizure list discloses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1708 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 recovery of the motorcycle in question from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
