This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Town PS Case No. 09 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 387, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner is a regular student of B. Sc. Part I in L.S. College and has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner has been languishing in jail since 04.01.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.01.2019, this
