1. The learned senior counsel for the opposite parties has submitted, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that the order of this Court dated 01.08.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.8801 of 2023 has stood complied with, inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Tajpur, District-Samastipur has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 30.10.2024.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 30.10.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
