This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Shahkund P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 435/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 436,420,427,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the persons named in the First Information Report and the Informant are next door neighbours and agnates. There is allegation in the First Information Report that named accused persons including female members of the petitioner's family set the informant's house on fire.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Shahkund P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019.

I have taken into account the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
