Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 421 of 2017 arising out of Bahadurganj P.S.Case No. 235 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation in brief is that huge amount of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from Tata Magic van of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 75 years old and honor of the Tata Magic vehicle but he was not moving with the vehicle and the pick up van was being

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Qumrul Hoda, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Cum- Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 421 of 2017.
