Accordingly, let the respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 be read as District Magistrate, Madhepura, Sub-divisional Officer, Madhepura and the Block Supply Officer, Kumarkhand, Madhepura. The petitioner has also pointed out that the name of Post Office has also been wrongly recorded

Patna High Court MJC No.4011 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 in the writ petition as Bhato Bazar which should be Bhatni Bazar. The address of the petitioner also stands corrected as above.

The order dated 25.10.2016 passed in CWJC No. 15926 of 2014 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. This application stands disposed of.
