Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in S K Puri Police Station (PS) Case No 279 of 2013 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the first information report which itself states that later on the informant came to know the names of the two assailants.

Be that as it may, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and if he does so, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satifaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in S K Puri PS Case No 279 of 2013/GR No 4201 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438

(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
