ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2025 The only grievance in the present writ petition is that the application made by the petitioner under the compassionate appointment to the respondent No. 3 has not been disposed of till now.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to direct the respondent 03 to consider the application made by the petitioner for compassionate appointment as expeditiously as possible.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to verify if any application is filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authorities shall pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4282 of 2025(2) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. In case the application of the petitioner is not found with the respondent No. 3, the respondent No. 3 shall intimate the same to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
