JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the informant, robbing cash and Nokia mobile and demanding extortion of `10 lacks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in the FIR, his name subsequently sprang up during investigation as the petitioner used to offer food to known criminals of the area. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Since the case was instituted in the year 2009, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6829 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2009 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jamui.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
