2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 403 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, seven miscreants stopped the car of the informant and on the point of pistol they looted 20,000/- and mobile phone from the informant and they also took cash Rs. 18,600/- and mobile phone from the seat of the car. Petitioner was caught red handed and others co-accused fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2022, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been caught red handed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
